吴泓，副教授，英国曼彻斯特大学法学博士，浙江大学硕士研究生导师，英国牛津大学法学院访问学者（国家留基委A1类项目资助；2025年9月—2026年9月）。现任华东政法大学国际投资法研究中心研究员、浙江省法学会国际法学研究会理事、宁波市涉外法治人才库成员、宁波市合规工作专家库成员、宁波市法学法律专家。曾任浙江大学国际合作处、港澳台事务办公室法律顾问（2019–2022年）。主要研究领域为人工智能法、数据法与国际经济法。主持国家社科基金一般项目1项；已发表、录用中英文论文20余篇，其中SSCI国际高水平期刊论文14篇，并在CSSCI来源期刊发表多篇论文，其中一篇他引381次；独著或参著中英文专著4部。相关成果被世界知识产权组织白皮书引用，并荣获《Security and Safety》期刊“最佳论文奖”。 获宁波市第十九次（2023-2024）哲学社会科学优秀成果奖。兼任《International Data Privacy Law》（SSCI Q1）等国际权威期刊审稿人。
